INSIGHT 25. THE ONENESS OF THE ALL, THE ONENESS OF OUR ETERNAL SELVES WITH THE ALL, IS THE FUNDAMENTAL SACRED AND SPIRITUAL TRUTH THAT WE MUST UNDERSTAND AND ULTIMATELY EMBRACE. IT IS THE KEY TO THE SPIRITUAL, MYSTICAL AND INDEED SACRED PILGRIMAGE TOWARDS ONENESS WITH THE ALL, WHICH IS WHAT WE CALL GOD. 

Richard Dell's INSIGHTS, that inform the poems in his STARS IN OUR SOULS, are being prepared in a brief and readily accessible form. We include here a further taste as these original spiritual insights are worked through. Body, mind and spirit as ONE, requires of us even greater effort, even greater depths and heights of concentration. But those depths and those heights can be beyond measure, if we can achieve them. Body and mind as ONE is our first sacred haven on our eternal quest to God, to ourselves, to everything. That ONENESS is our spiritual and sacred purpose and mission.

INSIGHT 25; BODY MIND AND SPIRIT AS ONE. US AND OUR FELLOWS, US AND OUR COMMUNITIES, US AND OUR PLANET, US AND OUR UNIVERSE: ALL ONE. THAT IS THE GREAT SACRED AND SPIRITUAL TRUTH THAT WE MUST ALL AT LAST AWAKEN TO. AND WITH THIS AWAKENING, SO SHALL COME OUR SPIRITUAL HEALING OF OURSELVES, OF EACH OTHER, OF OUR COMMUNITIES AND OF OUR MOTHER EARTH, OUR HOLY GAIA.

These insights, that were begun by Richard Dell right back in the early 1990s, touch on all the most meaningful and indeed important religious and spiritual issues of our times. They are the same now as they were then. These Insights see religion just as firmly grounded in the Earth and in the stars as it is in the spirit and in the heavens. Richard sees no distinction between the material and spiritual realms. ALL is ONE. This comes through so clearly in these Insights, and that is why the environmental movement – our awakening at last to the needs of Gaia, of our planet – is as important as any spiritual quest, as important as all our need for healing, and is and must be an integral part of that holistic oneness that we must achieve in all that we do. It is also why issues such as Black Lives Matter are deeply spiritual. Richard sees inclusivity as being at the core of all our spiritual and religious endeavours. ALL is indeed ONE. And that mantra is the key to humanity’s future evolution: spiritual, social and political.

Body, Mind and Spirit. We too easily and readily function in just the one plane. We sometimes learn that body and mind are linked. We sometimes manage to recognise that when linked, when seen as two aspects of ourselves, connected and entangled, body and mind as ONE can raise us to new and even unimaginable heights of achievement and awareness. It takes effort. It takes concentration. It pays. Body, mind and spirit as ONE, requires of us even greater effort, even greater depths and heights of concentration. But those depths and those heights can be beyond measure, if we can achieve them. Body and mind as ONE is our first sacred haven on our eternal quest to God, to ourselves, to everything. Body and Mind and Spirit as ONE transcends itself. Body and Mind and Spirit as one, is ONENESS, is us at last ONE with the ALL.
