INSIGHT 40: THE HEART OF THE COSMOS IS LOVE. THE CENTRE OF OURSELVES IS THE HEART. OUR CENTRE IS LOVE. ONLY WHEN WE LOVE OURSELVES CAN WE LOVE THE COSMOS ENTIRE. SUCH IS THE GREAT SACRED AND SPIRITUAL TRUTH AT THE VERY CORE OF OUR BEING, OF OUR MEANING, AND INDEED OF THE ENTIRE COSMOS.

These insights, that were begun by Richard Dell right back in the early 1990s, touch on all the most meaningful and indeed important religious and spiritual issues of our times. They are the same now as they were then. These Insights see religion just as firmly grounded in the Earth and in the stars as it is in the spirit and in the heavens. Richard sees no distinction between the material and spiritual realms. ALL is ONE. This comes through so clearly in these Insights, and that is why the environmental movement – our awakening at last to the needs of Gaia, of our planet – is as important as any spiritual quest, as important as all our need for healing, and is and must be an integral part of that holistic oneness that we must achieve in all that we do. It is also why issues such as Black Lives Matter are deeply spiritual. Richard sees inclusivity as being at the core of all our spiritual and religious endeavours. ALL is indeed ONE. And that mantra is the key to humanity’s future evolution: spiritual, social and political. Our only hope is to at last understand that ALL is ONE, that ALL is spiritual and sacred.

AND WITH THIS AWAKENING OF LOVE SHALL COME OUR SPIRITUAL HEALING OF OURSELVES, OF EACH OTHER, OF OUR COMMUNITIES AND OF OUR MOTHER EARTH, OUR HOLY GAIA. THE ONENESS OF ALL, THE ONENESS WITH EACH OTHER, IS THE GIFT OF THE SACRED AND THE SPIRITUAL THAT AWAITS OUR AWAKENING. LOVE IS ONENESS, THE SPIRITUAL AND SACRED ONENESS OF OURSELVES WITH THE ALL, OURSELVES WITH EACH OTHER, AND OURSELVES WITH OUR PLANET EARTH, OUR HOLY GAIA.

The Heart of the Cosmos is Love. For love is the expression of absolute and unconditional ONENESS. The heart of ourselves, is the heart. And the heart is love. We are not always ONE with our own being, but to be ONE with our own being is a vital step in our journey into the heavens. We can walk no profound steps if we cannot love ourselves. Only when we love ourselves, only when we fully experience the heart centre of ourselves, can we at last learn to love the extraordinary and love-generated and love-suffused world and universe in which we dwell. And when, at last, we love ourselves and our love-generated and love-suffused world and universe in which we dwell, can we be ONE with the ALL, ONE with God, complete and the heart centre of ALL.
